Why are “commercial” products a better value for the home chef? Why in the world would you put products that are designed for restaurant kitchens in your home? By definition, commercial products are designed to be used in a production environment 8 hours a day, all week long. So when you use it a few hours a week just think the performance you will get. AND how long it’s going to last – that is where the real value of these professional products lies.
